Objective: Engage, Retain, and Attract Top Talent

Our region has a number of local colleges and universities from which talented future employees are graduating every year. In addition, many area high-school students continue their education in the Twin Cities or out of state. Southeastern Minnesota can bolster its regional talent base by retaining graduates of local schools, and making a return to our area attractive for those students who graduated from out-of-area educational institutions.
