Seafood and fish protect against cancer better than flaxseed and soybean oil

The researchers found that marine-based omega-3 fatty acids reduce the size of tumors by 60 to 70 percent and the number of tumors by 30 percent. However, higher doses of plant-based fatty acids should have the same effect as marine-based omega-3 fatty acids, the authors suspected.
